The name Slæ̈rn Drigd-cïex is derived from the Sylvin language, as Slæ̈rn Drigd-cïex was founded by Húlien, who was culturaly Gnoll.

Slæ̈rn Drigd-cïex's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town.
